Hi there!
That's me, I'm Clara, the Claire behind Claire's Gusto! You might ask yourself now why I decided to add a picture of that tiny, tiny kitchen space as part of my introduction. Don't worry, I am not half human half kitchen, I added this to show you the small space needed to explore and create wonderful dishes. I want to show you that it is possible to create magic in a small space (and with a small budget). And most of all, I just want to share delicious, simple meals with you!
